  • COVID-19 Screening

We screen every person who comes into our clinic. We do not see any patients who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, have had close contact with a person with COVID-19, or have been asked to quarantine/isolate by a government health authority within the last 14 days.

If you are feeling sick on the day of your appointment, our staff are happy to reschedule you at no extra cost.

Our staff also self-screen before every shift to ensure we do not put any of our patients at risk. If we are severely understaffed on the day of your appointment, we will notify you to reschedule.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Staff and Patients

We ask that all of our patients wear a medical grade mask upon entering the clinic and throughout the duration of their appointment. Our staff will wear masks and any additional PPE when we assist you.

If you cannot wear a mask due to an exemption, please notify our staff when booking your appointment and before entering our clinic. We can accommodate you properly when we have adequate notice. Our staff will wear additional PPE, book your appointment when no other patients are in our clinic, and above all, we will prioritize your care.

  • Physical Distancing and Hand Hygiene

Wherever possible, we ask that our staff and patients keep a physical distance of 6 feet (2 meters) between each other. We also have a plexiglass barrier at our front desk as another safety measure to keep you safe.

Please use the provided hand sanitizer when you enter the clinic.

  • Clean Spaces, Happy Faces

Our staff disinfect high touch areas and exam rooms on a regular basis.

We prioritize your health and safety above all.

  • Still have questions?
